Application instructions:

All prospective tenants over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application. There is an application fee of $34.00 per person (we do not accept checks for the application fee). This fee must be paid with cash, money order, or by credit/debit card. To pay by credit/debit just fill out the Credit/Debit payment section on the application. If you wish to pay by other means please leave that portion of the application blank.

All applications must be submitted to our office by faxing to 253-863-8196, mailing to P.O. Box 829, Sumner, WA 98390, emailing to applications@sjcmanagement.com, or by bringing the application into our office at 16202 64th St E #B2, Sumner, WA 98390.

Below are links to our Application and the Rental Criteria by which we judge all applications. The application is available as a 2 page letter sized form or a 1 page legal sized form. Standard application processing time is 2-3 days. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 253-863-8117.
