All prospective tenants over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application. Married couples can use one application.

There is a $39.00 application fee (we do not accept checks for the application fee). This fee must be paid with cash, money order, or by using the Credit Card Form below.

All applications must be submitted to our office by fax (253-863-8196), mail (P.O. Box 829, Sumner, WA 98390), or by coming into our office (16202 64th St E #B2, Sumner, WA 98390).
