Rental Application

Application instructions:

All prospective tenants over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application. There is an application fee of $34.00 per person. This fee must be paid with cash, money order, or by credit/debit card (we do not accept checks for the application fee). To pay by credit/debit just fill out the Credit/Debit payment section on the application. If you wish to pay by other means please leave that portion of the application blank (online applications can only be paid for with a credit/debit card). The application fee is not refundable.

Applications can either be filled out online, or printed and filled out by hand. If you want to use the online application you will need to contact us at 253-863-8117 before filling out the application to make sure the property you are interested in is still available.

All paper applications must be submitted to our office by faxing to 253-863-8196, mailing to P.O. Box 829, Sumner, WA 98390, emailing to applications@sjcmanagement.com, or by bringing the application into our office at 16202 64th St E #B2, Sumner, WA 98390.

Below are links to our Applications and the Rental Criteria by which we judge all applications. The paper applications are available as a 2 page letter sized form or a 1 page legal sized form.
