Our friendly, knowledgeable, reliable staff is available in the office 5 days a week, and Property Managers are on call for emergencies 7 days a week.

Meet our Property Managers:

Jason Clifford -
Property Manager/Buyer Representative

After completing his degree from the
University of Washington, Jason decided
to continue the family tradition in real estate. He specializes in Property Management and in sales of investment properties.

Bill Ulsund -
Property Manager

Bill is currently working towards obtaining his CCIM Candidate designation in
commercial real estate. Also, his strong
technology background serves SJC well
as our Technology Coordinator.

Jenny Malone - Leasing Agent

After obtaining her real estate license, Jenny decided to focus on property management. She joins SJC as a full time leasing agent. Her job is to assist our property managers in placing qualified tenants into our available rentals.

Sue Clifford - Broker/co-owner

Sue brings over 25 years of experience as the broker for SJC.

Beverly Brush - Bookkeeper

Our full time, in-house bookkeeper.
