Meet our Management Team:

Jason Clifford -
Designated Broker
Property Manager/

Investment sales specialist

After completing his degree from the
University of Washington, Jason decided
to continue the family tradition in real estate. He specializes in Property Management and in sales of investment properties.

Bill Ulsund -
Property Manager

Bill is a full time property manager, with over eight years of management experience. Also, his strong
technology background serves SJC well
as our Technology Coordinator.

Jenny Malone - Leasing Agent

Jenny is a full time leasing agent. Her job is to assist our property managers in placing qualified tenants into our available rentals. She shows available rentals and coordinates the move in process, including utility set up.

Sue Clifford - Broker/co-owner

Sue brings over 30 years of experience as to SJC.

Beverly Brush - Bookkeeper

Our full time, in-house bookkeeper.
